People in the office are great, any maintience issues get resolved quickly and the people that live there are really nice. Parking can be a challege going into the evenings though.

More amenities that you don't find at too many apartment complexes

Nice place to live.

My daughter and I have been here for 2 years. The only major problem we have really ever had was with the heat and drafty windows. The staff at Springfield is excellent. Charlie is the best. He always does his best to go out of his way to fix a problem. It would be nice if a dog station could be put in the back near building 7. Alot of residents take their dogs there, but do not clean up after themselves. I find myself cleaning up after other dogs poop all the time. Unfortunately, this will be our last month at Springfield. Due to the economy, job changes, and family situations, I can no longer afford to stay here.
